This regulation is applicable to all kinds of livestock products in Korea. This regulation includes the scope of livestock, the constitution of livestock product sanitation deliberative committee, term, duty and dismissal of committee, detail matters of livestock forbidden to be slaughtered, packaging of livestock, inspection of eggs, reexamination of livestock, qualification and duty of inspectors and veterinarians in charge, appointing of veterinarians in charge, fee of education, the scope of person relevant to the prohibition of the importation or sale, detail scope and sort of business, standards of punishment, payment and imposition of penalty, etc.
