The Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) issued the Interpretation Manual for Testing Methods Specified under the Health Functional Food Code with 8 volumes: vitamins, minerals, proteins and amino acids, carbohydrates and sugars, fatty acids and lipids, terpenes, phenols, others. The manual aims to help enterprises understand the testing methods for health functional foods, enhance the expertise of analysis personnel, and improve the consistency and accuracy of test results.
