Food labeling compliance is a critical aspect for all food enterprises, especially when expanding into new markets. Every year, a significant number of imported food products are rejected due to violations of local labeling regulations. This issue is particularly challenging in regions like Japan, South Korea, and Southeast Asia, where language barriers can make it difficult for businesses to fully understand and navigate the intricate labeling requirements.

In response to this challenge, the ChemLinked team proposed to develop a comprehensive online course aimed at equipping food enterprises with the knowledge necessary to ensure compliance with labeling regulations of common prepackaged food in these key markets. The course will cover the essential topics including the general provisions (language, font size, etc.), mandatory labeling items, nutrition labeling, and some additional requirements based on local regulations. With expert guidance and practical examples, participants will learn how to interpret and apply these regulations effectively, minimizing the risk of non-compliance in these dynamic markets. This course will be delivered in English.
