Cap. 132AK Imported Game, Meat, Poultry and Eggs Regulations

Cap. 132AK Imported Game, Meat, Poultry and Eggs Regulations is applicable to imported game, meat, poultry and eggs. It includes citation, interpretation, recognition of issuing entity, restriction on the import of certain meat, meat products, poultry and eggs, application to air transhipment cargo, procedure for export, destruction or disposal of game, meat, poultry, eggs or prohibited meat imported in contravention of regulations, prohibition of re-import where notice given under regulation, offences and penalties, retention of health certificate, name in which proceedings may be brought, and transitional arrangements.
