Cap. 132CM Pesticide Residues in Food Regulation

Cap. 132CM Pesticide Residues in Food Regulation is applicable to food containing pesticide residues. It includes application, import, sale etc. of food containng pesticide residues, principles for determining MRL and EMRL for certain food (other than compound food), principles for determining safety of food with pesticide residues, name in which proceedings may be brought, and schedule of exempted pesticides.
