Food Act B.E. 2522

Food Act B.E. 2522 is applicable to the management of food in Thailand. It includes terms and definitions, authorities, food commission, application for licences and the granting of licences, duties of the licence concerning food, control of food, product registration and advertisement of food, competent officer, suspension or revoke of licence, punishment and transitory provisions as well as schedule of fees.
