Food Safety and Standards (Licensing and Registration of Food Businesses) Regulation 2011

This regulation is applicable to licensing and registration of food business in India. It includes general, licensing and registration of food business, list of food business falling under the purview of Central Licensing Authority, application for registration /renewal of registration under Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, fee for grant/renewal of license, general hygienic and sanitary practices to be followed by food business operators.
