Enforcement Decree of The Health Functional Food Act

This enforcement decree is applicable to all kinds of health (functional) foods in Korea. This enforcement decree defines the entrusted affairs and other affairs thereof. It includes the information of terminology and definition of business types, permission for business, standard for qualification of quality controller, inspection affairs, operation details, rewards and punishments and etc.
