Act on Testing and Inspection in the Food and Drug Industry

This regulation is applicable to all kinds of food and drug in Korea. This regulation includes the information of terminology, designation, etc. of testing and inspection agencies, management of ability of testing and inspection agencies, supplementary provisions, penalty, etc.
