Cap. 132H Colouring Matter in Food Regulations is applicable to colouring matter in food. It includes citation, interpretation, restriction on use of colouring matter other than permitted colouring matter, prohibition on the use of colouring matter in the case of certain commodities, restriction on sale or advertisement of colouring matter other than permitted colouring matter, application to air transit or air transhipment cargo, offences and penalties, name in which proceedings may be brought, schedule of permitted colouring matter and labeling of colouring matter and colouring and flavouring compounds.
