Regulations Governing the Management of the Review, Registration and Issuance of Permit Documents for Food and Related Products

This regulation is applicable to the registration of special nutritional foods with Taiwan Food and Drug Administration. It includes preface, application for special foods registration, approval of licenses, change of licenses, transfer of lincense registration, reissue of files and notes.
