Food Safety and Standards (Fortification of Foods) Regulations, 2018

This regulation is applicable to fortification of foods.  The attached document includes all amendment as of Mar. 2, 2021, including an amendment in 2020 related to fortified milk, standards for fortified processed foods, etc. that will be effective from Jul. 1, 2021. 

The compliance of 3.(7) related to exclusion of High Fat Sugar Salt Foods shall come into effect once the HFSS food are defined and notified under the Food Safet and Standards (Labelling and Display) Regulations, 2020.
