This regulation is applicable to the management and supervision of matters relating to health food, the health of people and the rights and interests of consumers. 

It includes:

• general provisions

• health food permit

• management of safety and sanitation of health food

• labeling and advertisement of health food

• inspection of and enforcement on health food

penal provisions

• supplementary provisions
