Administrative Provisions on Registration of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Foods (2020 draft)

This new draft expands the application scope of overseas food manufacturer registration to all foods (not including food additive and food contact material). It includes general provisions, registration condition and procedure, registration management, supplementary articles. Once it is implemented, the 2012 version will be abolished.
