This standard is applicable to any person who establishes and operates the foreign food facilities and foreign establishments, and any person who imports and sales the relevant imported food, etc. from the foreign food facilities and foreign establishments. This regulation includes the standard, the procedure of the on-site inspection, the method and assessment of the on-site inspection, the criterion, measures to the result of on-site inspection, sanitation inspection standard of the imported food, etc. manufactured or processed by an enterprise, result of the report, period of Reexamination.
