This regulation is applicable to imported food in Korea. This regulation includes definition and terminology, food subject to distribution management, sensory test standard of the imported food, the standard of collecting a sample for test, food excused from reporting, items for precision inspection, reporting and certification of importation, documents for reporting for importing, hazard substance, scope of minimum imported quantity and administrative matters, etc.
