The regulation is formulated for the purpose of strengthening the management of feed and feed additives, improving the quality of feed and feed additives, ensuring the quality and safety of animal products and safeguarding public health. It includes general principle, review and registration, production, operation and use of feed, legal responsibility and supplementary articles.
