GB 1886.356-2022 is applicable to food additive calcium propionate prepared by neutralizing, refining and drying with propionic acid and calcium hydroxide (or calcium carbonate or calcium oxide) as raw materials. Compared with GB 25548-2010 it revised the scope, appearance and main content indicators and test methods of Calcium Propionate.
