GB 1886.358-2022 is applicable to food additive Phospholipid prepared from soybean, sunflower seed, rapeseed and other vegetable oil seed materials or their processing by-products through dehydration, impurity removal, decolorization or degreasing, or egg yolk as the main raw material through extraction, refining and other processes. Compared with GB 28401-2012, it added the discription of Phospholipid made from rapeseed oil and egg yolk as main raw materials,then the change from heavy metal indicator to lead indicator.
