GB 1903.40-2022 is applicable to nutrition fortifier Fructooligosaccharides. Fructooligosaccharide is made from chicory (or Jerusalem artichoke) as raw material, and can be obtained from sucrose trisaccharide (GF2) to sucrose octaose (GF7) and fruit through partial enzymatic hydrolysis or membrane separation, purification, drying and other processes. The mixture of fructobiose (F2) to fructooctaose (F8), or the cane fruit prepared from sucrose by the action of β-fructosyltransferase derived from Aspergillus niger or Aspergillus oryzae, after purification and drying. A mixture of trisaccharides (GF2) to sucrose hexaose (GF5).
