Food and Drugs (Composition and Labelling) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulation 2014

This regulation was developed to regulate the nutritional composition of infant
formula, as well as nutritional labelling of infant
formula, follow-up formula and
prepackaged food for infants
and young children. Requirements for infant formula came into force on December 13, 2015, while that for follow-up
formula and prepackaged
foods for infants and
young children came into force on June 13, 2016.
