The Dairy Product Processing Industry shall Conform to the "Food Safety Control System (HACCP)"

This regulation mainly involves the legal basis, the definition of items, application scope, and implement object size. According to the amendment, the dairy processed food industry, fresh milk, long-lasting milk, etc., were redefined, increasing the definition of dairy processing plants,  processed dairy foods (dairy products), etc., from 13 to 24 types. Besides, adding the provisions on implementing the food safety control system for the dairy processed food industry that has reached a certain scale.
