Ministry of Public Health Notification (No. 442) B.E. 2566 Re: Products Derived from Cocoa Beans

This Notification applies to all products that are derived from cocoa beans in Thailand. The Notification sets requirements for the production, labeling, and sale of cocoa-based products in Thailand and also provides guidelines for the use of food additives, the control of contaminants, and the labeling of cocoa-based products.
