Ministry of Public Health Notification (No. 441) B.E. 2566 Re: Chocolate and Chocolate Products applies to all kinds of chocolate products in Thailand. The Notification sets requirements for ingredients, packaging, and labeling of chocolate products, and also provides guidelines for the use of food additives and the control of contaminants.
