This Regulation applies to agricultural genetically modified organisms in Chinese mainland. It sets out measures of safety assessment of agricultural genetically modified organisms. It includes general provisions, safety rating and safety evaluation, declaration and approval, technical inspection management, supervision management and security monitoring, penalty, supplementary provisions and appendixes.
