Sanitation Standard for Food Utensils, Containers and Packages

This regulation is applicable to the package and container of food. It amends several articals of the previous regulation, including:

1. Amend the name of the legal basis. (Article 1 of the amended text)

2. Revise the wording of the management regulations regarding the non-recycling of plastic food containers and strengthen the description of the scope of application. (Article 2 of the amended text)

3. Revise the provisions of standard tests for various materials and present them in the appendix, and add provisions for material testing and migration test of metal alloys. (Article 6 of the amended text)
