Standard Period of Time Required To Designate Food Additives

This Regulation applies to establishing a standard period required for processing the designation or revision of standards for food additives. The period starts when the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) is notified by the Food Safety Commission of Japan (FSC) of the assessment results and ends when the designation or revision of standards is completed.
