Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 15 of 2021 on Standards for Business Activities and Product Standards in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Agricultural Sector

This Regulation applies to the standards for business activities and product standards in implementing risk-based business licensing in the agricultural sector, as specified by the Minister of Agriculture. When this Regulation comes into effect, all Ministerial Regulations that govern business activity standards and product standards in the implementation of agricultural sector business licensing are considered to still be in effect as long as they do not contradict the provisions of this regulation.
