This Circular applies to all kinds of food products in Vietnam. It outlines the guidelines and regulations related to food safety practices within the trading sector. This Circular provides for the following contents:
Issuance and revocation of Certificates of establishments meeting food safety conditions for food production and trading establishments.
Food safety inspection for imported food.
Designate food testing establishments in service of state management, testing and verification establishments.
Recall and post-recall handling of unsafe food.
