This standard applies to packaging materials with a thickness less than 0.2 mm, composed of plastic and plastic, plastic and paper, and plastic and aluminum foil (or other barrier materials). It also applies to packaging bags made from the aforementioned materials. It specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, labeling, packaging, transportation, and storage of plastic composite films and bags used for liquid food packaging.
