The Act on the Promotion of Sorted Collection and Recycling of Containers and Packaging (shortly for Containers and Packaging Recycling Law) applies to food packaging. It includes general provisions, basic policies, recycling plan, waste reduction, separation collection, implementation of recycling, etc.
