This Law provides for the rights and obligations of organizations and individuals producing or trading in products or goods as well as organizations and individuals conducting activities related to product and goods quality; and the management of product and goods quality. It is partially revised by Law No. 35/2018/QH14 Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of 37 Laws Related to Planning.
