Regulations on Nutrition Claim for Prepackaged Food Products

This regulation is applicable to nutrition labeling specifications in Taiwan. It includes definition of nutrition claim and labeling contents and examples of labeling. Notably, Article 4, paragraphs 1, 4, Article 5, and Article 6 will come into effect on January 1, 2026.
