This Circular applies to all imported and exported goods in Vietnam. It stipulates the list of HS code for goods under the state management authority of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the list of goods for which specialized inspection is required for import and export in the field of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
