This decision mainly revises two minor points to "Circular No. 15/2024 /TT-BYT of the Ministry of Health: Promulgating the List of Imported Foods, Food Additives, and Food Packaging & Container that must Receive the State Food Safety Inspection at Ports within the Scope of MOH’s Management".

1. At point d of Article 3, it was previously stated: “Commodities not included in the List, except for cases stipulated at point b of Article 2 of this Circular”; now it is amended to: “Commodities not included in the List, except for cases stipulated at point b of Article 3 of this Circular”. 3.

2. In the List of food, food additives, and food containers, and packaging materials that come into direct contact with food, the goods have been identified with a product code according to the List of Export and Import Goods of Vietnam. They must undergo state food safety inspections for imported food within the scope of the Ministry of Health's management as stipulated in Circular No. 15/2024/TT-BYT dated September 19, 2024; now the first line of the List is omitted, which reads “II. Single food additives:”.
