Cap. 132BD Preservatives in Food Regulation is applicable to food preservatives. It includes interpretation, use of alternative forms, restrictions on sale, etc. of food containing food additive, food containing antioxidant not to be recommended for babies and young children, sale, labeling and advertisement of preservatives and antioxidants, labeling of food containing a preservative or antioxidant, regulation not to apply to food etc. for re-export, application to air transit or air transhipment cargo, defences, offences and penalties, and name in which proceedings for offences may be brought, as well as its schedules.
