Summary

This regulation specifies the requirements for name and labeling for prepackaged milk, sterilized milk, flavored milk, milk drink, and milk powder.

Notes: In this version, Article 2 and Subparagraph 1 of Article 3 shall take effect on July 1, 2026, while Subparagraphs 2 to 8 of Article 3 and Articles 4 to 8 shall take effect on July 1, 2027.
