This document specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, transportation, and storage for dried laver.
This document applies to non-instant dried laver products made from the raw algae of Pyropia yezoensis or Pyropia haitanensis, processed through selection, cleaning, impurity removal, cutting (or mincing), shaping (or not shaping), and drying.
This document does not apply to products that contain added auxiliary ingredients, food additives, or that are processed through roasting, seasoning, or similar procedures.
