BPOM Regulation No. 27 of 2025 on Business Activity and Product Standards in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing for the Drug and Food Subsectors

This regulation establishes updated standards for business activities and products under the risk-based business licensing framework. This regulation applies to a wide range of products, including processed food, health supplements, natural ingredient drugs, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, and drugs. It officially revokes and replaces BPOM Regulation No. 10 of 2021.
