Administrative Measures for Product Formula Registration of Infants and Young Children Formula Milk Powder

These Measures regulate the product formula registration of infant formula milk powder produced, sold, and imported within the territory of the People's Republic of China. The regulation specifies the principles, procedures, and requirements for the registration, alteration, and renewal of infant formula milk powder formulas. It also applies to the registration management of infant formula liquid milk products.
