Notification of the Ministry of Public Health (No. 468) B.E. 2568 (2025) Re: Prescribing the Principle, Conditions, Methods and Proportion of Food Additives (No. 4)

This notification amends the regulations on food additives in Thailand. It repeals and replaces Annex I and Annex II of the Ministry of Public Health Notification (No. 444) B.E. 2566 (2023). The new Annex I updates the list of permitted food additives and their maximum use levels in various food categories. The new Annex II revises the food category system and the descriptors for special conditions of use (Notes).
