Summary

This notice specifies the maximum residue levels (MRLs) for agricultural compounds permitted in food sold in New Zealand. It also specifies certain agricultural compounds for which no MRL applies, subject to specified conditions. The notice applies to all persons who trade in food, especially food that may contain residues of an agricultural compound. This notice revokes and replaces the Food Notice: Maximum Residue Levels for Agricultural Compounds issued on 31 July 2025.
