This Normative Instruction amends Normative Instruction No. 28 of July 26, 2018, which establishes the lists of constituents, limits of use, claims, and complementary labeling for food supplements. The amendment updates these lists to include new constituents, such as lipids, bioactive substances, and probiotics, and sets their respective minimum/maximum limits, authorized health claims, and mandatory labeling warnings.
