This guideline provides instructions for business operators on how to register nutritional information when submitting item manufacturing notification for health functional foods, a mandatory requirement from June 2, 2026. The required nutritional information includes calories, sodium, carbohydrates, sugars, fat, protein, and any other substance for which a nutritional or health claim is made. An exception is made for sugars, which are not required for products in capsule, tablet, pill, or powder form.
