GSO 1347:2023/Amd2:2025 Ultra-High Temperature Treated (UHT) Milk and (UHT) Flavoured Milk

This standard is the second technical amendment to the Gulf Technical Regulation GSO 1347:2023. It modifies Table (1) concerning the fat content requirements for various types of Ultra-High Temperature (UHT) treated milk and UHT flavoured milk, specifying the minimum and maximum fat percentages for full-fat, low-fat, and skimmed milk products.
