This guideline provides a reference for the implementation of the Halal Product Assurance System (SJPH) in the slaughter of ruminant and poultry animals. It is intended for business actors, halal auditors, halal supervisors, and halal product assurance supervisors. The scope of the guideline covers general definitions, slaughtering requirements, the SJPH for slaughtering at ruminant and poultry slaughterhouses, and the monitoring and evaluation of its implementation. This decision revokes the Decision of the Head of the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Body Number 77 of 2023.
