History

This standard is a technical amendment to the Gulf Technical Regulation GSO 160:2021. It amends the English title by replacing the word "Imitation" with "Analogue". It also modifies the definition of "Processed Cheese Analogue and Spreadable Processed Cheese Analogue" to specify that milk fat is partially replaced by vegetable oils. Furthermore, it updates the compositional requirements (solids, fat in dry matter, moisture percentages) for various types of processed cheese and their analogues.
