GSO 1970:2009/Amd 1:2021 Dairy and Dairy Products - Pasteurized Camel Milk

This standard modifies Clause 8.4 of the Gulf technical regulation GSO 1970:2009. It specifies the fat content requirements when making claims about the type of pasteurized camel milk. It defines the fat content for full cream milk (more than 3 g/100 ml), low-fat milk (0.5 - 3 g/100 ml), and skimmed milk (less than 0.5 g/100 ml).
