GB 16322-2003 Hygienic Standard for Vegetable Protein Beverage

This standard specifies the index requirements, food additives, hygienic requirements on production and processing, as well as the requirements for packaging, labeling, storage, transportation and inspection method of vegetable protein beverage.

This standard is applicable to the milky beverage made of vegetable nuts, pulps, and soybeans as the raw materials (such as soybean, peanut, almond, walnut, and coconut) through processing, blending, and high pressure sterilization or aseptic packaging.
