Data Declaration

This database covers the levels of major food contaminants in 18 regions such as EU, US, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea. All these data are sourced from the local food hygiene regulations/standards, such as GB 2762-2022 National Food Safety Standard Maximum Levels of Contaminants in Foods. Pay attention, maximum residual levels of pesticides and veterinary drugs are not included in this database. A detailed breakdown of the data coverage for each region is provided below.
