This database covers the levels of major food contaminants in EU, US, Canada, China, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Australia and New Zealand. All these data are sourced from the local food hygiene regulations/standards, such as GB 2762-2022 National Food Safety Standard Maximum Levels of Contaminants in Foods. Pay attention, maximum residuel levels of pesticides and veterinary drugs are not included in this database.
